Hi, I’m Stacey — and at 60 years old, I decided to do something I’ve never truly done before:
Start over… for real.
Gently.
Intentionally.
Day by day.
Meal by meal.
Choice by choice.
For most of my adult life, I lived with inflammation, pain, digestive issues, and symptoms I thought I “just had to live with.”
A throat that burned for more than 30 years.
Blood sugar that never seemed to budge.
A belly that hurt more days than it didn’t.
A body that felt heavy, stuck, and ignored.
And then one day, something inside me said:
“No more. I deserve to feel good.”
That moment was the beginning of this journey.
🌼 Who I Am Now
I’m a woman rebuilding her health from the inside out.
A woman learning to listen to her body instead of fighting it.
A woman healing her gut, her energy, her nervous system, and her life.
I am:
- A lover of quiet beach mornings
- A scrapbooker at heart
- A tracker of every little sign my body gives me
- Someone who gets excited about a calm belly
- Someone who’s lost weight, gained it back, and is finally doing it the right way
- A woman refusing to give up on herself
I’m honest, a little stubborn, and full of hope — even on the hard days.
